RS Events is based out of Queens, NY but services the metro tri-state areas with the opportunity to travel outside of that area.

It’s important to clarify early on what the venue will be responsible for on your wedding day. Typically, an onsite wedding coordinator is responsible for executing anything pertaining to and only for the venue. This could be as small of a task as just opening the doors, to helping set up and breaking down rentals. Our job at RS Events is to help coordinate and manage logistics to execute your vision. This means coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and being onsite to facilitate with the venue on your behalf.

Yes! We can help with your wedding weekend festivities including welcome/rehearsal dinners and farewell breakfasts. RS Events is also available to help with planning baby showers, bridal showers, as well as corporate events.
